GSERB was came up with recruitment notification of total 7863 Shikshan Sahayak post. Which is again going to be sub divided in 5508 Higher Secondary Teacher posts and 2355 Secondary Teacher posts. This examination was competitive in nature. Candidate have to get more marks then cut off. As this examination is purely on merit basis. board will consider marks of TAT as well as candidates B.Ed marks, Post graduate marks and under graduate marks to prepare merit list. As soon as merit list will declare candidate are invited to district head office for the document verification. Upon successful verification of documents candidate will get joining later for job.

- Candidate have to visit official site of GSERB .i.e. gserb.org.
- Candidate have to click on the tab called “Gujarat Shikshan Sahayak Merit List 2016”
- As soon as you will click on the link result will be open in PDF format.
- Press shortcut CTRL + F and enter your name.
- If your name is in the list you are invited for document verification
- Cut off marks declared to along with the merit list
- In case if you did not make it in merit list you need to check waiting list.
