The candidates have to qualify in three stages to get shortlisted for IB ACIO Grade II/ Executive posts. Based on their performance & normalization of marks in the Tier-I exam, candidates would be shortlisted for the Tier-II exam. The IB ACIO 2023 Exam is divided into two tiers, wherein IB ACIO Tier 1 is Objective Type and Tier 2 is Descriptive Type. There is a negative marking of 1/4 marks in tier 1 exam and no negative marking for tier 2.

IB ACIO 2023 Cut Off
The Intelligence Bureau (IB) releases the IB ACIO Cut-Off for each examination stage. It is crucial for the candidates to secure the minimum/cut-off marks in order to be eligible for selection. The cut-off is mainly dependent on three factors: the total number of vacancies, the difficulty level of the exam, and the number of candidates who appeared in the exam. The IB ACIO cut-off is determined by the Board and for the year 2023, it will be released after the exam is conducted.
