• Standard 10 pass, MPHW Course from a recognized institute OR Diploma course of Sanitary Inspector. 
• Age Limit: 35 years
• Female Health Supervisor (FHW): 81 Posts
• Standard 10 pass, FHW Basic Training Course from a recognized institute OR ANM from Indian Nursing Council and Having registration in Indian Nursing Council. 3 years of experience as a Female Health Worker.
